The Greenman, head to toe in leaves and foliage. He first appeared in England during the 12th century and you may spot this pagan legend carved into churches around Europe. A wild man, guardian of the forest, he is a symbol of rebirth and the cycle of new growth that occurs every spring.

A limited run of 9 hand made wall tiles created from hardwearing red terracotta and inspired by folklore.
Tiles are sealed with a satin water & grease resistant finish, they may be grouted as a functional tile or hung decoratively from a notch on the back - A large flat head nail is included.
All hand pressed tiles will have small variations between designs.
